currently semiconductor light-emitting diode (LED) has been widely used in lights, instrument display, mobile phone backlight and vehicle light source lighting field. Build this led characteristic test system, with simple structure, strong comprehensiveness, advantages of low capital cost, direct measurement of LED volt ampere characteristic, the intensity distribution, spectral properties, optical power and current characteristics and luminescent efficiency and current characteristics; indirect calculation LED light-emitting wavelength and the normal working voltage and half angle, luminous flux and luminous efficiency. These work not only enrich the teaching content of the experiment, so that students can understand the basic concepts of electronic transitions, hole formation, light intensity, light intensity, etc., but also can thoroughly and comprehensively study the characteristics of LED.
