On July 28, 2023, the 31st Summer Universiade opened in Chengdu. President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the event.
The Universiade is a world comprehensive sports event second only to the Olympic Games. It is known as the “Little Olympics”. Athletes participating in the Universiade must be college students or college students who have graduated no more than 2 years ago.
More than 6,500 athletes from 113 countries and regions went to Chengdu to participate in this event, sharing the feast of youth and writing the glory of youth together. Baco provided all-round visual effects support such as LED display and stage design for the entire opening ceremony, and successfully completed the task.
